Jitterbugs Childcare

Jitterbugs Childcare NOW has 2 locations.

 

First one is located on Empress ave and the second is located at Valleyview Center.

 

We are a place where children will learn by participating in simple, fun activities where extraordinary learning opportunities will bloom, learning will become exciting and fun, and the learning bug will spread.

 

We have FOUR different programs available to help your child develop a passion for learning.

Empress Location

Our infant and toddler childcare environment is a place where your child will learn to play with other children, and learn about other children and the world around them. Classroom hours are 8am to 4pm with before care and after care available upon request.  From 7:30am to 8am and 4pm to 5pm our toddler classroom turns into a multi-age classroom for after school siblings to join.

A morning preschool is offered for children to become successful in school, relationships, and develop independence.  This is where fundamental learning goals are prioritized.

​

An afternoon group care program to enhance learning experiences for children ages 3 to 5 years old is offered.  The children participate in creative and open ended play after their morning class is dismissed.  The morning and afternoon balance out to a full day preschool program open 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Valleyview Location

Before and aftercare for our school aged children is offered at our Valley view Location only at this time. From 6:30am Opening and 6:30pm Closing. Monday to Friday.  We also offer Spring Break , Summer camp, and Pro D Days. 

We also offer a preschool program from 8am to 10am followed by a 30 months to school age group care program that allows children to attend a full day program.  Our program is offered Monday to Friday 8am to 2:30pm. This preschool at Valley view is closed during spring break, summer camp and pro d days at this time.
